The catalyst is a new one for polyurethane plastic. There are many excellences as below:

Dosage (by weight):

Slurry 100 parts and catalyst 0.4～0.8 parts were added, stirring for 30 min., then moderately prepolymer (-NCO) was added, still stirring for 23～30 min., the polyurethane plastic will be solidificated at room temperature. Suggestions: Doing the small experiment before works, and 50 min. may be the best time for solidification.

Warnings:

1. This product must be stored with dry and shady room.

2. Don’t in touch with skin.

3. Any other catalyst will be not need when the catalyst A3 to be used, especially the reductive sort of metal catalyst like Lead isocaprylate, otherwise the catalyst A3 will lost the effect of catalysis.
